If your clients don’t purchase the recommended product after the first ScriptShare email, they will receive up to 3 email reminders over the next 7 days, helping to ensure the purchase is completed.


To protect your prescription, the client is prevented from editing your recommendation. They also have the option of creating an AutoShip order to schedule convenient regular deliveries of your recommended therapy right to their front door — with no shipping charges!


No Home Delivery account? No problem! One is created for your client automatically, and they are seamlessly logged on — just by following the link.


If the client has not shopped in your online store previously, an account is created automatically and an email notification — including login credentials — is sent welcoming them to your online store.


Practice Notifications


Practices can choose to receive notifications when a recommended product has been purchased by a client. This notification is only generated if the ScriptShare Notification setting is turned on. To access your notification settings, first log into Services Home. Then log into Administrative Tools in the upper right corner, choose Staff from the drop-down menu, and select Notifications.
